Mein Schiff
Six Mein Schiff ships have already been delivered from the Turku shipyard to the TUI shipping company. MS-1… MS-6 ships are designed with the well-being of passengers in mind.
The use of state-of-the-art technology makes MS ships the most energy-efficient ships in the world in their class. Gas control and environmental issues have also been taken into account in the design and equipment of all Mein Schiff vessels.
Viking
Viking Line’s Viking Grace, a ship built in 2013, is the most environmentally friendly passenger car ferry ever. Viking Grace is the world’s first car ferry to run on liquefied natural gas (LNG). Emissions to air are low.
Attention has also been paid to gas concentration control and environmental issues in the design and equipment of the ship.
Jacobstads Wapen
Jacobstads Wapen is a two-masted beer built in Pietarsaari in 1988-1994. The ship was built in the Old Harbor of Pietarsaari as a labor force and using traditional handicraft methods.
